The paid up capital of the PEC Ltd is Indian Rupees 20 million and the entire shareholding is held by the President of India. PEC Limited has since its incorporation has shown profits every year of its operation. It has been regularly paying dividend to the Government.
The sales turnover of the company was Indian Rupees 57 billion in the year 2007-2008 which is equivalent to US$ 1326 million.
