- MOU with Hindustan Prefab Ltd. ( A CPSE under Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation) for building projects and for setting up solar power plants in HPL's building projects.
- MOU with M/s. Karnataka Vidyuth Kharkhane Limited (KAVIKA) (A Govt. of Karnataka Undertaking) for exporting KAVIKA manufactured Transformers and Importing Raw materials required at manufacturing plant of KAVIKA.
